Female Wrestling Fansites
Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge something many in the business take for granted, the 100% fan-supported site. With the proliferation of the internet, it seems there are official webpages for everything these days. While useful and crucial to the success of any brand (wrestling or not), just as important as having an official site is the need for “unofficial” or fansites.
As someone who has been creating web pages since the very early days, I have seen many occasions where content has to be censored or sanitized before being posted on an official site, this is where the fansites come in and do a fantastic job of “telling it how it is” or at least how they view it and in the fan’s own words.
These days, it’s very easy for even non-technical fans to create a blog and start sharing their thoughts with the world. It’s the sites that go the extra mile, however that really stand out from the pack and show their true dedication and passion. To those sites and hard working administrators, I want to say THANK YOU! We all greatly appreciate your support and efforts, it is truly inspiring to see the time spent developing and maintaining these sites.
Here is a short list of some of our favorites that we check out on a regular basis and suggest you do as well.
